Forest School Programming

Forest School is the core of our programs at Back to the Earth LLC. Students meet weekly for the Fall, Winter, and Spring sessions, and are immersed into a culture of nature connection and wilderness living skills.

The Basics:

We meet from 9 am to 2:30 pm, and are all outdoors no matter the weather. Your instructor is Justin Sutera, and group sizes never exceed 12 students.

Tuesday Forest School is located in Elmore, and is for students 7-14 years old. 

Wednesday Forest School is located in Elmore, and is for students 7-14 years old. 

Thursday Forest school is located in East Hardwick, and is for students 7-12 years old.

Enrollment is done by the session/season. We are currently enrolling the Fall Session for 2023. 

​

Cost is typically $45 per day, and a commitment to the entire session is required. The Fall Session will run from the week of September 5 to the week of December 12, making it a 12 week session. There will be no Forest School Thanksgiving week, as well as 2 other weeks during that span, dates TBD. The total number of program days will be 12. The cost will be $550 for the session.
